\nThe breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 to 10:30 am.<\/p>\n

Cleaning\/laundry<\/strong>
\nWe are happy to wash your laundry. Please use the laundry bag in your closet for this purpose and hand it in to room service or the reception. We charge 2,50 \u20ac per garment.<\/p>\n

Coffee\/cake<\/strong>
\nAt our hotel bar we offer you daily from 3 pm to 5 pm delicious cakes, as well as a variety of coffees and teas.<\/p>\n

Contact person<\/strong>
\nThe reception is your main contact and is available between 7 am and 9 pm. We speak German, English and Russian.<\/p>\n

Departures<\/strong>
\nOn the day of departure, the room is available until 11 am. Our reception is open between 7 am and 9 pm, so you can settle your bill either on the day of departure or the evening before. In case of a late departure, please contact us in time.<\/p>\n

\nHave you forgotten your toothbrush, razor, or other hygiene items? At the reception we have a small selection ready for you.<\/p>\n

Internet<\/strong>
\nFree internet connection is available throughout the whole building.<\/p>\n

In case of fire<\/strong>
\n– Keep doors and windows closed.
\n– For escape route plan, see notice on doors.
\n– Leave the building immediately via stairs and escape routes.
\n– Fire extinguishers are in the corridors.<\/p>\n

Ironing service<\/strong>
\nIf required, we will provide you with an ironing board and an iron in your room. We are also happy to iron your clothes for the price of 2,50 \u20ac\/garment. Please contact the reception or housekeeping. You will receive the ironed clothes back within 1 hour.<\/p>\n

Laundry change<\/strong>
\nDaily change of towels? Please put the towels on the floor.
\nDaily change of bed linen? Please contact us.<\/p>\n

Luggage storage<\/strong>
\nWe keep your luggage safe for you upon your arrival or departure.<\/p>\n

Luggage service<\/strong>
\nWe can gladly transport your luggage to your room or back to your car. Please contact our reception.<\/p>\n

Medical emergency service<\/strong>
\nThe medical on-call service can be reached by telephone free of charge under the prefix-free on-call service number 116117.<\/p>\n

Mobile phone<\/strong>
\nSince our rooms are not equipped with telephones as standard, it is possible to borrow a mobile telephone. The costs are charged according to the usage. Please contact the reception.<\/p>\n

Parking spaces<\/strong>
\nParking spaces are available in front of the house. If these are occupied, you will find a public parking lot across the street, where you can park for free from 7 pm to 8 am.<\/p>\n

Pharmacy<\/strong>
\nThe nearest pharmacy is in Adrian-Stoop-Stra\u00dfe 7A, 83707 Bad Wiessee.<\/p>\n

Pillow service<\/strong>
\nWe will be happy to bring additional pillows to your room free of charge. Please contact our team at the reception.<\/p>\n

\u201cPlease do not disturb”<\/strong>
\nSimply hang the sign provided for this purpose on the outside of your hotel room door if you do not wish to be disturbed or the room does not yet need to be cleaned.<\/p>\n

\nIf you want to print, copy, or scan something, please contact the reception.<\/p>\n

Restaurants<\/strong>
\nWe are happy to recommend restaurants at the Tegernsee and reserve a table for you.<\/p>\n

Rest period<\/strong>
\nLocal rest periods are from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 10 pm to 7 am.<\/p>\n

Safe<\/strong>
\nFor safety reasons, we ask that you do not leave valuables, jewelry, or cash in plain sight in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held accountable for lost valuables in your room. Please use the safe provided in your room or store your valuables in the safe at the reception desk.<\/p>\n

Satisfaction<\/strong>
\nHow did you like your stay with us? You are welcome to leave your review on our homepage or the popular portals.<\/p>\n

Shoe-shine service<\/strong>
\nYou will find a shoe-shine machine in the entrance area.<\/p>\n

Shuttle Service<\/strong>
\nWe offer an individual shuttle service to and from our hotel, tailored to your flight times. The cost for a shuttle service from the hotel to Munich Airport is \u20ac 250. Please make a reservation at the reception.<\/p>\n

\nThe terrace as well as the sunbeds around the house are always at your disposal.<\/p>\n

\nWe are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the room and in public areas is not permitted. If you want to smoke, you can do so on the balcony, on the terrace or in front of the hotel entrance.<\/p>\n
